ahh a rainy day and I am home alone with the cats and pugs..so maybe not really alone! But such a nice day to start some art journal building on my little kitchen table. I have had my coffee and my time on the computer..now time to do art...
This painting I did for a class. oil on wood..rather large. Then I gave it to a friend and he painted on it and added collage effects..let me find it now...
The painting is called Jesus Loves Me Yes I Know. And the one I did on my friend's charcoal drawing is The Wolf at the Door. It has a little window in the top that has a watercolor scene in it and collage elements. It now resides at his mother's home since he moved to Portland.
i love your animal paintings, they have such whimsy! not quite understanding the title on that one but that's OK :) glad you got the job, btw, i am not sure i left you a comment on it. congratulations.
ReplyDeletethanks Linda..I was in a bit about stupid titles for a while..I come up with some really dumb ones..just for fun!
ReplyDeleteJe vous souhaite une journée très créative... bisous
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see a piece of art by one taken a bit further by another. Most artists would never allow such a thing.
ReplyDeleteWow, these are so interesting. Neat idea!
ReplyDeleteI love the wolf and bird image!
